Mission Statement

Jennifer P. Wang M.D. & Associates is dedicated to providing the highest quality of eye care.  Our goals are guided in the interest of the patient as we strive to provide compassionate, personalized patient care.  We meet our goals through the teamwork of our highly trained Physician and staff, superior customer service, and the latest in eye care technology.

Jennifer P. Wang, M.D.

Board Certified Ophthalmologist and Oculoplastic Surgeon

Dr. Wang has been in practice for 10 years. She attended Northwestern University for her undergraduate training. She received her medical degree from Wright State University and completed her residency at Case Western University in Ohio. Following her ophthalmology training at Case Western Reserve University, she went on to a fellowship in Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the Henry Ford Hospital System. Her specialty interests are eyelid surgery, eyelid reconstruction and tearing problems. She sees many pediatric patients for routine eye exams as well as nasolacrimal duct obstruction.

She comes from a family of ophthalmologists and was born and raised in Ohio. Other than spending time with her husband and two children, she enjoys running and traveling.

June Huang, O.D.

Dr. Huang has lived in the Bay Area since 1996. She graduated from UC Davis with a major in Microbiology and minor in French. She then went on to complete her Doctor of Optometry in 2014 at the New England College of Optometry in Boston,Massachusetts.

Dr. Huang is an active member of the Santa Clara County Optometric Society. Her specialties include specialty contact lens fitting, dry eye management, and ocular nutrition. One of her most memorable internships was at the international Wenzhou Medical College where she managed ocular disease.
In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, rock climbing, and drawing.

Jeremy Cheung, O.D.

Jeremy CheungDr. Cheung graduated with honors from the UC Berkeley School of Optometry prior to completing his residency in Ocular Disease at the Veterans Affairs Portland Health Care System. He holds the most advanced California optometry license in addition to being certified in multiple myopia control contact lens therapies. Being a San Francisco native, Dr. Cheung has enjoyed returning to the Bay Area to provide eye care to patients of all ages.

Activities and Involvement
Dr. Cheung is a member of the Santa Clara County Optometric Society, the California Optometric Association, and the American Optometric Association. If Dr. Cheung was not an optometrist, he would be an anchor/analyst for ESPN’s SportsCenter. Aside from being an avid fan of the Warriors and 49ers, Dr. Cheung enjoys finding new recipes to try, traveling, photography, and exploring the outdoors.

Dr. Joy Jin

Dr. Jin

Dr. Jin grew up in Toronto, Canada. She graduated from UCLA with a major in Physiological Sciences and completed her Doctor of Optometry at UC Berkeley School of Optometry.

In addition to primary care optometry, Dr. Jin has experience in low vision optometry, binocular vision, and myopia management. She has also completed internships at Byers Eye Institute and several community clinics in the East Bay where she managed various types of ocular disease. Dr. Jin is a member of the California Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association.

In her free time, Dr. Jin enjoys traveling, exploring the outdoors, discovering new restaurants, and spending time with her cat.
